From an early age I was heavily involved in all Sports, competing in Judo at a National Level and playing Rugby for many local teams. A serious injury forced me to give up competitive Sport which in turn led me to adopt a sedentary lifstyle resulting in a large increase in weight and overall poor health. A lifestyle change was required. Investing in a great deal of self-study grew a passion for Nutrition and Fitness which I applied to my own lifestyle resulting in me loosing over 50 pounds and a vast improvement in overall health. I am geared towards adopting a 360 Degree Holistic approach to an overal lifestyle change. My knowledge is kept up to date by applying continuos learning through attending Seminas, Workshops and reading evidence based research papers.
